We have different runs and workouts during the week for anyone that wants to come in different parts of the city.

Track Workouts

Track Workouts happen every Tuesday night at Duniway Track.

Buffalo Gap Run

Wednesday Nights are a 6 mile group run from Buffalo Gap Saloon in SW Portland.

Goose Hill Climb

Thursday Nights are a Hill Run from the Goose Hollow Inn in SW Portland with ~1,000 feet in climbing.

Trail Run

Come run between 8-12 miles and then join us for coffee and food after we’re done.

Track Workouts

Tuesdays, 6 PM
3-7 Miles, Synthetic Track

Track Workouts happen every Tuesday night at Duniway Track. You should arrive early to be warmed up and ready to go when they begin. Come with your own workout plan, or a weekly workout will be provided.

Buffalo Gap Run

Wednesdays, 6 PM
6 Miles, Roads

Wednesday Nights are a 6 mile group run from Buffalo Gap Saloon in SW Portland. The run will stop to regroup so we can all run together. In the Summer we run through Oaks Bottom and in the Winter we run through Sellwood. Stay after and enjoy food and drink with your fellow club members as well.

Goose Hill Climb

Thursdays, 6 PM
6-7 Miles, Roads

Thursday Nights are a Hill Run from the Goose Hollow Inn in SW Portland with ~1,000 feet in climbing. In the Fall/Winter we run up to Council Crest, and in the Spring/Summer the route takes us to Pittock Mansion. Meet at the corner of SW 19th Ave and SW Madison St.

Trail Run

Saturdays, 9 AM
8-12 Miles, Trail

On the weekends we hit the trails for a long run with our fellow club members to keep us company. Come run between 8-12 miles and then join us for coffee and food after we’re done.
